Kovera was founded by Ashley Stanley, bringing more than 11 years of dedicated health and safety experience across field operations, national HSE management, management systems and multi-site organizations.
Her background includes frontline safety, program and policy development, management reporting, audits, corrective-action systems, digital safety workflows and working with operational teams to turn requirements into practical day-to-day processes.
